Electro-galvanized sheets and strips
Coating steel with a thin layer of electrolitically deposited zinc or zincnickel to increase its corrosion resistance. It is available in a variety of coating weights depending on the protection desired. Electrogalvanizing is a cold-coating electroplating process that, unlike the hot-dip process, does not influence the mechanical properties of the sheet steel. Electrogalvanizing provides a more uniform coating.
Prepainted sheets and strips
Prepainted metal is a metal on which a coating material has been applied by coil coating. When applied onto the metallic substrate, the coating material (in liquid, in paste or powder form) forms a film possessing protective, decorative and/or other specific properties.
Plastified sheets and strips
A plastic coating gives metals a thick, wear resistant finish that excludes water and air from the surface of the metal and so prevents corrosion.
