Punch presses are developed for high flexibility and efficient processing of metal stampings. The method is used where the application of lasers are inefficient or technically impractical.

The TruPunch can provide the following services:

- Punching
- Embossing
- Bending
- Marking
- Engraving

Stainless steel: up to 2 mm
Steel: up to 5 mm
Aluminum: up to 5 mm
Copper & brass: up to 5 mm

Sheet dimensions:
From 200x200 mm up to 1250x3000 mm

The cutting machine works by first clamping the material with a ram. A moving blade then comes down across a fixed blade to shear the material.

Maximum thickness: 13 mm
Maximum width: 4000 mm

Bending is a manufacturing process that produces a V-shape, U-shape, or channel shape along a straight axis in ductile materials, most commonly sheet metal.

Maximum sheet width: 4000 mm

Brushing and deburring for sheets

Brushed metal is a metal with a unidirectional satin finish. Brushing gives metal a distinctive look, as it retains some but not all of its metallic lustre and is given a pattern of very fine lines parallel to the brushing direction.

Maximum sheet width: 1350 mm

Available grits: from 24 to 600
